About Grand Tyee

I was introduced to Vancouver Island by Bill Duffey on a fishing trip many years ago. I spent a fun week with Bill, and Rees Wasney fishing out of Port Hardy. The next year, I brought Bobbi to the island, and we were both "hooked". We spent vacations on the island and in 2021, bought a house in Campbell River.

There is great fishing on Vancouver Island, and especially in Campbell River. We were taught how to fish the area by Royce & Kelly from Northwest Saltwater Adventures. If you ever need a guide in Campbell River, I highly recommend them.

​We are not guides and this website is just a fun way to share photos and information with family members and guests who have come up to visit us in Campbell River. We hope you make it up and enjoy some good fishing.
